Good to know.

Do my players need the app?

Yes, check-in lives in Shuttls so it can track attendance and payments. Scanning your QR on a phone without the app opens a page that links straight to the App Store. After they install and sign up, they’re taken to your club’s check-in.

Is Shuttls free?

Players can download Shuttls free on the App Store. If you take card payments, the payment provider’s normal card fees apply.

How do I get paid?

Connect your club’s payment account in the app. Players can pay with Apple Pay or card at check-in, or take out a membership. Prefer cash? Players pick “pay later or cash” and you mark it off on the roster.

What if my club is full?

Set spots per session and an overall club size. When a session fills, players see it’s full instead of turning up to a packed hall, and you can still add people at the door.

Can I keep check-in to people actually at the venue?

Yes. Turn off check-in from the app and players have to scan the QR at the door.

Is there an Android app?
