Good to know.

Do my players need the app?

Yes, check-in lives in Shuttls so it can track attendance and payments. Scanning your QR on a phone without the app opens a page that links straight to the App Store or Google Play. After they install and sign up, they’re taken to your club’s check-in.

Is Shuttls free?

Yes. Players can download Shuttls free on the App Store and Google Play, and you can create and run a club for free. If you take card payments, the payment provider’s normal card fees apply. Shuttls+ and Shuttls+ For Clubs are optional subscriptions that add extras.

What do I get with Shuttls+?

Shuttls+ gives players the Performance Lab, premium watch faces and unlimited Quick Play. Shuttls+ For Clubs gives organisers a verified club badge, session recaps, month in review, deeper insights, more than 3 admins and unlimited memberships, and includes Shuttls+ for the organiser. Cancel anytime.

Can I play with friends without a club?

Yes. Make a private group, invite your friends and play together. Everyone taps “I’m here” when they arrive and your games are logged, with rankings for the group.

How do I get paid?

Connect your club’s payment account in the app. Players can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card at check-in, or take out a membership. Prefer cash? Players pick “pay later or cash” and you mark it off on the roster.

What if my club is full?

Set spots per session and an overall club size. When a session fills, players see it’s full instead of turning up to a packed hall, and you can still add people at the door.

Can I keep check-in to people actually at the venue?

Yes. Turn off check-in from the app and players have to scan the QR at the door.

Which phones and watches does it work on?

iPhone and Android phones, plus Apple Watch, Wear OS, Garmin and Amazfit watches. One Shuttls account follows you across all of them, so a match scored on your wrist shows up on your phone.
